The questions worth asking.

Starting young on longevity means you actually want to understand what you're starting. Good. Here's the straight version on how AvenirMD works, what we treat, and how a licensed provider fits into all of it. No noise.

General

What is AvenirMD?

AvenirMD is longevity medicine built around proactive care that starts with understanding your health today. We connect you with licensed providers for weight and ED. Answer a few questions, a provider reviews your case, and if it fits, your treatment ships discreetly.

Who is this for?

Men and women who take the long game seriously and would rather start young than try to undo something at 40. If you're the type who doesn't just go with the flow, this was built for you.

What can I get treatment for?

Our launch categories are weight loss (GLP-1 care), ED, skin care and NAD+. Each one routes into its own intake quiz, and a licensed provider reviews whether it's appropriate for you.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You're never locked into anything. You can manage or cancel your plan through your account.

Do I need insurance to use AvenirMD?

No. AvenirMD runs outside of insurance, so there's nothing to file and no coverage to wait on. You'll see what's included before you commit.

Medication

How do I know if I'm eligible?

Eligibility is a medical decision, and it's made by someone qualified to make it. You answer the intake questions, a licensed provider reviews your case, and they decide what, if anything, is appropriate. No self-checkout for medication.

Are these treatments FDA approved?

Compounded medications are not FDA approved. A licensed provider decides what's appropriate for you on a case-by-case basis.

What about side effects and risks?

Every medication carries potential risks and side effects, which is exactly why nothing is prescribed without a licensed provider reviewing your case first. Where a treatment has important safety information, you'll find it on that product's page. Talk through anything you're unsure about with your provider.

How is medication prescribed and shipped?

If a provider determines treatment is appropriate, your plan is put together around your goals and ships discreetly. Providers and fulfillment run through our licensed backend platform, so there's a real clinical review behind every order.

Is my information private?

Your intake and treatment details are handled under our privacy and telehealth consent policies, linked in the footer. Your data is yours.

Prescription required

Prescription treatments require an online consultation. A licensed provider decides eligibility. Prescription issuance is not guaranteed and is solely at the discretion of the reviewing provider based on your individual health history and clinical criteria.
